This is a notice of a possible recount between Rick Bryson and Tom Hill. Tom Hill has suggested that he is going to call for a recount and has two days after canvass to request it in writing to the State Board of Elections. If a recount is called for it will be conducted at the Swain County Board of Elections office Wednesday June 15th, 2016 at 12:00 noon.

Filing for the Swain County Soil and Water District Board of Supervisors election will begin at 12 noon on June 13th, 2016 and end at 12 noon on July 1st, 2016. Candidates may file at the Swain County Board of Elections office. The filing fee $5.00
