The Swain County Board of Commissioners work session scheduled for July 28, 2008 has been canceled. The July 28 public hearing has been postponed until July 29, 2008.

The next Swain County Board of Health meeting will be September 2, 2008.

Automobile tags are available at the Swain County Tax office in the Administration Building
